Carol Pollard joined Consumers Union in 1991 as an Administrative Assistant.  In 2008, Carol was promoted to Office Manager.  Carol’s current duties include: Liaison with Executive Office, Human Resources and Accounting; facilities management; recruiting; event planning; legal and grant filings; and Notary Public.  Carol also provides administrative support for the West Coast Office Director and staff.

Carol works in the West Coast Office (WCO) located in San Francisco, California.
