Consumer Reports’ Robocalls Article Features YOUR Test Feedback!

We’re excited to announce a new Consumer Reports article on robocalls that features YOUR input!

For the first time, Consumer Reports’ testing was driven by the hard work of activists like you. We asked consumers who were fed up with robocalls to check out a sampling of call-blocking devices and services and see if they worked. At least 4,000 of you responded!

More than 100 activists tested the call-blockers and diligently tracked their experiences. Activists like you sent their findings back to us – and for the first time, we incorporated your feedback into the article.

We also included your robocall horror stories. For example, Dave of Fortville, Indiana told us: “You answer, no one talks or they tell you not to hang up because they have important info about your credit card—all of which eats up time that I will have to pay extra for.”  Share your robocall nightmare here!

The article confirms what the End Robocalls campaign has been saying all along: that our best bet against robocalls is for the phone companies to step in and offer the latest call-blocking technology to all of their customers.
