Erin Archer, J.D., is a Health Policy Analyst for Consumers Union’s Healthcare Value Hub in the Washington, D.C., office. Erin is a lawyer and policy researcher, and her work focuses on strategies for achieving better healthcare value at the federal and state levels. Before joining Consumers Union, Erin worked for a healthcare technology startup that mitigated provider fraud and abuse risk. In law school, she interned at the Department of Justice’s Office of Vaccine Litigation and the Senate HELP Committee’s Majority Health Office. Erin earned her law degree from American University, Washington College of Law and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles.
