I frequently receive calls from “Rachel from Card Services.” I have filed at least 75-100 complaints per year with the Do Not Call website and have never had a noticeable result. I have requested a call back, never got one. I also contacted both of my Senators and my Representative in Congress to see if they could get any answers. They replied, “We are working on it,” but never provided a response on what they are really doing, and whether they are making any progress.
